Delete Your Trunkut Account

Request Account Deletion

If you want to permanently delete your Trunkut account and associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the Trunkut app.

Go to Profile.

Open Settings.

Select Delete Account.

Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

Once you confirm the deletion, your account deletion request will be processed.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following information associated with your account will be deleted where applicable:

Name

Mobile number

Saved addresses

Order-related user information

Account preferences

Wallet/account-related information

Other personal information associated with your account

Data That May Be Retained

Some information may need to be retained for a limited period when required for:

Legal or regulatory requirements

Tax/accounting purposes

Fraud prevention

Transaction records

Any retained information will be kept only for the period required for the applicable purpose and will be deleted when it is no longer required.

If you are unable to delete your account from the Trunkut app, please contact our support team and request account deletion.
